I am Terrie, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. I have come to this career after successful careers in nursing and midwifery and latterly sales and account management in the healthcare sector.

I woke up one day last year, after a few personal upheavals and decided life was too short and I was going to change it to be the one I absolutely wanted. I’ve always been keen to empower people at work and I love a chat. So, after some considered research, I decided on clinical hypnotherapy which had turned my life around once when I was lacking in drive and motivation

Passionate about personal development and learning, I’m committed to continued professional development in addition to regularly undertaking clinical supervision throughout my practice. As an accredited member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), I abide by their code of conduct and ethics.
