They are around 50 minutes long where we firstly engage in positive discussion/ talking therapy to support you to move forward.
Then we will use Hypnosis/ A natural state of relaxation to consolidate your positive thoughts and actions to find solutions and absorb positive suggestion
We can do the sessions online or face to face, whichever is preferable to you. Both are as equally effective
